4Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other descrption etc complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and omplete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Dismantlling plain or corrugated AC/ fiber/ CGI steel etc sheeting in roof coverings in any position complete including disposal of unserviceable fillets outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
7Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for, complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish off the cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Hardcore of broken stone gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n exc1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq mtr on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.
11Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance exceeding not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches on concrete bed to level/gradient, jointing in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in columns,pillars,piers and struts and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span bed blocks,coping and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

1875 mm thick, cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified.Plinth protection shall be laid in 1:20 slope and joint filling sealed with bituminous sealing compound grade \\"A\\" .
19Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops,back filling of chowkats, holdfasts, coping, bed plates, cills, benching etc, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and troating, including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions,etc.; vertical or to batter surfaces of concrete etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
21Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23TMT steel bars 6-8mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24First quality Endora tiles good grip series 600 x 600 x 12 mm thick coloured as in floors etc. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25First quality Endora tiles good grip series 400 x 400 x 10 mm thick coloured as in floors etc. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Chequered machine pressed factory made coloured tiles PU moulded, ISI marked, 22-25 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, cut polished,Glossy finish on top and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;
28Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.
29Granite jet black shade, 16 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) screed and jointed with grey cement mixed with matching shade pigment including rounding of/ moulding to edge (half round ) as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
30Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 40-50 mm thick,SIZE 55 CM x 55 cm laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31Machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm thick as in skirting, steps, dado and pillars etc, laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and directed.
33Mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats et conforming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) of IS: 4923:1997 quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
34Stainless steel tubular including special shaped washer fixing in any position, gate, fram, wiket gate etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS grade St.-304 and fixing complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors,tank staging, fencing post etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
36Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Colour to be decided by GE

42(a) Scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7\\"/9\\" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.(b) Material and labour for 1mm wall care putty over the prepared wall surface @ 1kg per sqm by mixing the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mixing it in putty mixer with a capacity of mixing 40 kg putty in single go. The putty mixer should have variable speed functioning for preparation of smooth and lump free putty(c) Appliying one coat of waterproofing primer/ damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr per 50 sqft. diluted with 30 % by water to be applied using roller.(d) Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.(e) Material and labour for applying two coats of weather guard exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Ist quality) on new wall plastered surface using roller and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying acrylic emulsion should be able to hard-to-reach areas and penetration of acrylic emulsion on the surface at any height complete all as specified and directed.Note: The contractor shall furnish a guarantee certificate from approved make in favour of Garrison Engineer for the efficieny of the exterior acrylic emulsion paint for 5 yrs during the guarantee period.
43Complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
44Providing and applying exterior grade, heavy-duty floor paint system on old new concrete/ cement-screed surfaces (patios, walkways, driveways or parking bays). The work includes comprehensive surface preparation (wire brushing, scraping of moss/ algae, high-presure water washing and treating oil stains). It involves rectifing surface imperections, structural micro-cracks 2mm and pits using an approved exterior-grade epoxy or polymer-modiied filler. Apply one coat of deep-penetrating, alkali-resistant exterior floor primer (coverage as per manufacturer specification). Folloe with two or more coats of premium UV-resistant, anti-skid polyaspartic, polyurethane exterior floor emulsion paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.
45Precast cement concrete (Grade M 30 ) manhole cover SFRC (steel fibre reinforced cover) factory made including suitable precast RCC frame as per manufacturer's instructions, heavy duty as approved by GE of size 1200 x 600 x 100 mm thick with and including 2 mm thick mild steel strip on all the four edges heavy duty,RCC frame set in cement mortar 1:4 and similar articles complete as per site requirement, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.NOTE :-Precast SFRC manhole/Drain cover Manufacturer shall have minimum three years manufacturing experience.Make shall be approved by GE for precast SFRC manhole/Drain cover
46Note: For the purpose of arriving at Net contract sum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 146740.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
