1M&L for APP-based modified pre-fabricated five-layer waterproofing membrane, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/m², reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric mat (160 g/m²), black finished. The surface shall be primed with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 L/m² and IS 17029 bonding material 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/m² before and after laying.The membrane shall be laid by torch method with side overlaps of 75 mm and longitudinal overlaps of 100 mm. At junctions of roof and parapet walls, a groove of 20 × 20 mm shall be provided at a height of 100 mm, into which the membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminous mastic. All overlaps/joints shall be sealed with hot 85/25 bitumen.Finally, two coats of waterproofing aluminium paint shall be applied over the APP membrane. Work to be executed as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
2Dismantling of existing waterproofing treatment on roof including screed bed and scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of unserviceable materials complete all as specified and as directed
3Material and labour for laying 10 mm thick screed bed on concrete roof surfaces, in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even, without using extra cement by incorporating Dr. Fixit (or equivalent approved) at 3% by weight of cement content. The work shall include all necessary materials, tools, and labour for Complete all work as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
4Supply only water proofing compound all as directed Make : Dr Fixit or equvalent
5Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets of any size,descriptionn in roofing ,including removal of sheets and disposal of unserviceable materials. Note: Work to be executed up to any height of the building, including all necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed
6Dismantling of plain or corrugated/galvalume steel sheet/mild steel sheet in valley gutter,any size and description ,including removal of sheets and disposal of unserviceable materials. Note: Work to be executed up to any height of the building, including all necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed
7Dismantling of single layer of Mangalore or similar pattern tiles in roofing laid in dry, including removal of tiles, stacking of serviceable materials, and disposal of unserviceable materials. Note: Work to be executed up to any height of the building, including all necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed
8Supply and fix pre-painted Galvalume aluminium-zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheets, 0.50 mm thick,150 GSM, colour as approved by Garrison Engineer, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, used as roof covering or wall cladding, fixed with self-tapping screws, L-hooks, J-hooks, or cranked bolts as required, including all necessary cutting, alignment, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supply and fix pre-painted Galvanished mild steel sheets, 0.63 mm thick, colour as approved by Garrison Engineer, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, used as ridges,hips,valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) fixed with self-tapping screws, L-hooks, J-hooks, or cranked bolts as required, including all necessary cutting, alignment, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
10Supplying and fixing plain galvanized mild steel sheeting for ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), using 1.00 mm thick galvanized steel sheets with zinc coating 120 g/m² on both sides, including welded or soldered joints, making all required shapes for valley gutters, refixing sheets, providing supporting brackets of any description, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
11Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work, such as gates, columns, roof trusses, balcony railings, and similar steel structures, including cutting, unfastening, and removal of steel members of any section or description, stacking the steel within a lead of 50 m, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Supply and fix rolled steel sections as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters, and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, using Fe-410-W (Grade E-250), Quality A steel, including all necessary cutting, drilling, alignment, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
13M&L for Framed work in grill,gratings,guard bars, doors or gates using angle or other steel sections, including gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering, prepared for hanging or sliding, including hooks, hinges, or steel hanging door fittings, but exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails, and guides, and including fastening and fixing, using Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality steel, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/unevenness with suitable filler, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red primer, of approved make and shade, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Dismantling timber scantlings, balusters, newel posts, etc., of any section, sizes 40 Sq.cm and over in section in any position, as in framed work, including removal of nails, stacking of serviceable materials, and disposal of unserviceable materials, complete all as specified and as directedNote: Work to be executed up to any height of the building, including all necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed

17M&L 2nd class hard wood timber scantling cleans sawn and fixed complete, in any position for unframed work all as specified and directed .
18Preparing new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/unevenness with suitable filler, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, of approved make and shade, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Dismantling of old false ceiling/boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails, including removal of nails, stacking of serviceable material, and disposal of unserviceable material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Supply and fixing interlocking anodized aluminium alloy snap grid suspended ceiling framework comprising main Tee runners of size 38 mm × 25 mm × 1.5 mm thick spaced at 1200 mm c/c, cross Tee members of size 25 mm × 25 mm × 1.5 mm thick and 1200 mm long spaced at 600 mm c/c between main Tees to form 1200 mm × 600 mm modules, and secondary cross Tees of size 25 mm × 25 mm × 1.4 mm thick and 600 mm long interlocked at the centre of the panels to form a 600 mm × 600 mm grid. The system shall include 25 mm × 25 mm × 2 mm wall angle, GI wire hangers, rawl plugs, levelling adjusters, screws and all necessary accessories. Aluminium extruded sections shall be anodized with a minimum 15-micron coating and conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
21Supply and fixing 8–9 mm thick perforated gypsum board/tiles for acoustic and thermal insulation, size 600 mm × 600 mm, laid in and fixed to anodized aluminium snap grid ceiling suspension system, including all necessary fixing arrangements, clips, accessories and supports as per the manufacturer's specifications and instructions, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
22Demolition of stone slabs of any type, description, or thickness, including removal of all existing floor, skirting, hardstanding, apron or similar surfaces, regardless of size or pattern, carefully breaking up and taking down the tiles/slabs along with their bedding layers and pointing done in cement mortar. Work includes removing all debris, disposing of unserviceable material off the site, and cleaning the demolished area, all complete as specified and directed.
23M&L for Kota stone slab flooring, superior quality, machine-cut, 20 to 25 mm thick,with and including laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the stone, rubbed and machine-polished including final polishing, to obtain a smooth and even surface, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
24M&L for Kota stone slab flooring, superior quality, machine-cut 20–25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado, and pillars; laid over 10 mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3), set and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the stone, rubbed and machine-polished including final polishing, to obtain a smooth and even surface, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25M&L for 18–20 mm thick granite for worktops, cooking/working platforms, staircases including risers and treads, steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, partitions, and similar work. Granite shall be machine-rubbed and pre-polished. Granite shall be fixed laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) backing layer, ensuring full adhesion. Joints shall be pointed with white cement (1:2) mixed with marble dust and approved pigments to match the shade of the granite. Triangular filleting in cement mortar (1:6) shall be provided at the top edges of tiles wherever required. Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
26M&L for 60 mm thick factory-made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of M-35 grade, with approved colour, glossy design and pattern, as in footpaths, parks, lawns, driveways or light-traffic parking areas; of required strength, thickness, size/shape; manufactured using table-vibratory method with PU moulds; laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand; complete with compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer using plate vibrator, filling of joints with sand, cutting paver blocks to required size and pattern where required, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and as directed.
27M&L for providing and laying chequered cement concrete tiles (rubber moulded) of size 30 cm × 30 cm × 25 mm, of approved pattern, design and colour as selected by the Engineer-in-Charge, laid in floors. The tiles shall be thick set, bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments to match the tile shade, including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) bedding (as specified), complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
28Dismantling of floor, hearth, or wall tiling, including cement mortar bedding (excluding backing), removing serviceable tiles to store, and disposing of unusable tiles/rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:Rate inclusive of removal of debris to outside defence land
29M&L cement concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded coarse aggregate, 25 mm thick, laid in flooring, levelling, or other approved surfaces, including mixing, laying, compacting, and finishing, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
