2Construct a strong and durable foundation to support the heavy transformer, which weighs approximately 8.8 tons. The foundation will be built using high quality materials, including bricks, cement, sand, and reinforced concrete (RCC). Iron bars will be used for reinforcement to provide additional structural strength, ensuring the base can withstand the static load and vibrations generated during transformer operation. The foundation will measure 8 feet by 8 feet with a height of 2 feet. Special attention will be given to compaction, leveling, and curing to ensure a long-lasting, stable platform.
3The transformer is to be installed outdoors, a protective shed will also be constructed to safeguard it from weather elements such as rain, sunlight, and dust. The shed structure will be fabricated using strong metro sheets, metal pipes and angle irons, joined securely through welding and nut-bolt arrangements. The shed's rooftop will measure 18 feet, while the front elevation will be 17 feet wide and 18 feet high, allowing enough clearance for ventilation and maintenance activities. The roof and sides will be covered using weather resistant metro sheets. Additionally, cable trenches will be created within the shed floor to accommodate HT and LT cables safely. These trenches will be properly aligned, sized, and covered to ensure safety, ease of maintenance, and proper segregation of power circuits. This complete setup will ensure safe and efficient transformer operation at the new location.

7Supply/Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size of 300 sq mm 3 core direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling etc (DJB Approved make)
8Supply/Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of KV grade of following size of 630 sq mm single core direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling etc(DJB Approved make)
9Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size 300 Sq mm of 3 core. XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11 KV
10Supply and fixing the 630 sq mm LT cable aluminum thimble as per site requirement
11Providing and fixing arrangements for protection of Transformer, HT and LT Panel against entry of lizards and rodents, including sealing of openings and cable entry points
12Testing and checking the transformer with Hi pot testing, insulation testing, magnetic balance test, Vector group test etc as per site requirement
13Transformer cartage loading unloading at the site
