| 1 | Taking out Transformer from its Position from any location under AF Stn Agra/4area for repair /servicing/ rewinding of capacity 63 KVA to 200 KVA , 11/ 0.433 Volts disconnecting /opening HV, LV Electrical connections, earthing connections complete all as specified and directed along with following other works :-(a) Transportation of transformer to civil workshop at Agra and back to site by making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm as required at site.(b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction ,removing of serviceable - unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc. (c) Draining out of transformer oil and keeping in safe custody for reuse(d) Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT) , dismantaling of transformer complete part by part carefully.(e) Refilling topping up of transformer oil after dehyderation and filteration in transformer.(f) Reassembeling the transformer complete with all existing serviceable parts, and new parts as ordered .(g) Reinstall the Transformer at site in position as directed after repair connecting HV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and testing to entire satisfaction on load Note ;-(a) Replacement of userviceable parts like; Bush insulator, brass studs, cork gasket, breather assembly, tap changer, HT/LT bush rod ,Silica gel,,brass studs,rewinding , reinsulation of Primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, dehyderation and filteration of transformer oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule.(b) Renewal of adequate size Nut, bolts & washers of transformer top cover shall deemed to be included in uit rate quoted. |

| 4 | Draining out complete transformer oil from the transformer & storing the same in suitable containers ( to be arranged by contractor without any extra cost ) , opening the top cover and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer windings and core, retanking the same after repairing , checking of leakage from transformer body and repairing/welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, refilling the transformer oil dully dehydrated and filtered (dehydration and filteration to be paid separately) & making all connections with HT/LT side bushings , refixing the top cover , and testing the transformer with a suitable capacity insulation tester complete all as directed for transformer capacity 315 to750 KVA. |
| 5 | M & L for rewinding of burnt out /defective HT coils with new super enamelled heavy duty copper winding wiresof class H of size matching to the existing one including varnishing, drying in a suitable oven and all insulating material such as cotton/glass sleeves,tapes etc and connections with bushing terminals complete all as specified & directed. |

| 24 | Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil for indoor/outdoor type transformers of any capacity, at site using transformer oil filteration plant to improve di-electric strength not less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm electrode gap complete all as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the charges for hiring of oil filteration plant , shifting to different locations at cantt area, testing of samples of oil as per requirement & nothing extra will be paid on this account. |

| 26 | M & L for preparation of external portion of indoor/outdoor type transformers tank /conservator /radiator/valves etc for repainting by removing old paint/oily patches by scrubbing and cleaning dust free, painting with two coats of superior quality synthetic enamelled paint of approved shade complete including cleaning name plate/insulators/conservator level indicator paint free & incl writing of MES /SM No with white paint after painting complete complete all as directed for capacity up to 200 KVA. Note:- The painting of transformer shall be carried out in situ ie. on four pole/two pole structures or kept on foundation or kept inside sub station at different places at cantt area. |
