Measurement of masonry will be complete in all respect as per Tender Specification/Scope of Work etc, as directed by EPCM/NRL Engineer -in-charge based on actual thickness of wall constructed. Rate quoted by the contractor will include carrying out all the field and lab tests for bricks as per attached specifications at any govt approved laboratory complete as directed by EPCM/NRL and test reports are to be submitted before commencement of work and shall meet the strength requirements as per attached specifications.

62STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS
63Note: Supply, fabrication, welding, and erection of structural steel work in single sections, fixed with or without connecting plates, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, and all necessary operations complete. The item includes supply and installation of connection bolts and all required accessories. Structural steel shall conform to Grade E250 (Quality A/BR/BO) as per IS 2062. Anchor bolts shall also conform to Grade E250 (Quality A/BR/BO) as per IS 2062. Surface preparation shall be carried out by shot blasting conforming to SA 2.5. The painting system shall consist of:a) One coat of Inorganic Zinc Ethyl Silicate Primer with 75–80 microns DFTb) One coat of Two Pack Epoxy-Polyamide MIO Undercoat with 120–125 microns DFTc) Two coats of Two Pack Aliphatic Polyurethane Finish with 25 microns DFT each The total dry film thickness (DFT) shall be 230 microns. Primer and paint shall be of approved make as specified by NRL Painting Specification. Shop primer shall be applied at the fabrication yard. Any damages during transportation and erection shall be rectified by touch-up painting at site. The intermediate and final coats shall be applied after erection at site. Measurement shall be based on the weight of structural steel fabricated, erected, and painted, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

144d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm
