Name of Work:- Providing Railway siding along the NPB Railway lines in the stack yard area of 16 acres in front of RCL
Sl. No. Item Description
1Earthwork in excavation in Soft/Loose soil over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete.
2Earthwork excavation in Soft/Loose soil foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width and for wells, manholes and the like not exceeding 10 m2 on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m a) etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete.
3Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part thereof soft/hard soil as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.
4Supplying and spreading of gravel or moorum for sub-base in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness, compaction with vibratory roller 80-100 KN capacity to the required density as per IRC at optimum moisture content including hire of roller, operational charges, tools and plant, watering etc., complete. (Payment will be made for the quantity of finished work based on levels only) etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All Labour and materials.
5Costruction of granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to grading-V of MoRT&H table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all material to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification 401(5th revision) as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
6Providing,Laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam as per specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as required and as directed by the engineer in charge complete.All L&M.(Ref.Pg.No.110, S.No.4.12/406 of standard data book of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works).
7Providing Dry Lean Cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix (using 220 kg. of cement per m3 of finished concrete) using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position and spreading in layers, compaction with power roller, finishing, curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials (W/C ratio shall be finalized by trial rolling at field, well in advance)
8Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement pavement quality concrete (PQC) M-35 mix over a prepared sub base with apporved grade of cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, curing compound, admixture for workability, crystalline admixture for durability, finishing to lines and grades etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. 9Plain cement concrete M 30 mix using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping or vibrating, finishing, curing etc., including necessary form work (boxing) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge complete. All labour and materials
10Providing water bound macadam base or surface course conforming to IRC standrads of MORTH specification with grading 2 granite metal (63mm to 45mm), graded granite metal screenings 100 mm size and binding material moorum or gravel including screening,sorting ,spreading to template and consolidation with vibratory roller of 80-100 KN capacity, copious watering etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
11Providing water bound macadam base or surface course conforming to IRC standrads of MORTH specification with grading 3 granite metal (53mm to 22.4mm), graded granite metal screenings 75 mm size and binding material moorum or gravel including screening,sorting ,spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 80-100 KN capacity,copious watering etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
12Dismantling RCC / PCC to the required lines and levels by using mechanical equipment of jack hammer including necessary compressor equipment, cutting bits, fuel, operator charges, tools etc., or any other equipment machinery and removing the debris with a lead of 50 m. including cutting the reinforcement bars and stacking the useful materials, handing over the bars to stores etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge complete. All labour and materials.
13Transportation and placing in position of special size precast units for road culvert/bridge works etc., to anywhere in port area by lorry or other means including loading and unloading and placing in position by Hydraulic Truck Crane at nominated place including hire charges of Machinery & Plant includes crew,oils,conveyance of Machinery to site and all other incidental charges, including tools,plant and labour charges, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
14Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m out side the periphery of the area cleared as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
15Supplying of EX-200 Excavator at site of work for excavation/levelling and removing debris etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with fuel,operator charges,incidental charges,hire charges and transporting the equipment to the site of work. All labour,equipment, fuel and spares etc., complete (payment will be made for number of hours worked at site only)
16Bailing out water from foundations/pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pump sets including hire charges,fuel charges and wages for the driver and helper etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
17Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 nominal mix (using 170kg of cement per m3 of finished concrete) using 40mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing, curing etc., etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
18Transportation of debirs/excavated earth upto a lead of 12km including stacking, loading, unloading, levelling etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
19Supplying and filling in plinth/foundations with crusher dust under raft/ floors including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing etc, etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials
20R.C.C. M 30mix in column footings, strip footings, raft foundations, plinth beams, bed blocks, cellular raft, plinth courses and similar types of works etc., using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping and/or vibrating, finishing, curing, form work, cost of super plasticizer etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of reinforcement.
21R.C.C. M 30 mix for R.C.C. piles, water tank walls and similar types of works using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, vibrating, finishing, curing, cost of super plasticizer including necessary shuttering etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of reinforcement.
22R.C.C M 30 mix in pre cast slabs, fencing posts etc., using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing, curing, cost of super plasticizer including necessary boxing as required, lifting and placing in position etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of reinforcement.
23Supplying, placing and maintaining in position ribbed tor steel or mild steel reinforcing bars varying from 6mm to 40 mm dia. including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 guage (1.22mm dia.) including cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
24Supplying of 110mm dia un plasticized PVC pipes of 'type A' conforming to IS:13592 at site of work including transportation, loading, unloading and stacking etc as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
25Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
