Name of Work:- REPAIRS TO TILING, PANELLING, FALSE CEILING AND OTHER MISC REPAIRS IN RR UNITS AT BHANDARKOT AREA OF 05 SECT UNDER AGE (I) BHALRA (NIT No. 46 of 2026-27)

1Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
2M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles, light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6S&F anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8M&L 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall / ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9M&L for PVC panelling made up of PVC hollow panels 25 / 30 cm in width and 10mm thickness, interlocking pattern, of approved shade and design, fixed to walls or ceilings all as per the manufacturer's instructions, fixed in repirs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16S&F 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17S&F in repair 15 mm bore Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18S&F in repair stop valve 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy, screwd down,high pressure,screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed in pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19S&F pillar tap 15 mm dia cast copper alloy with capstan head chromium plated , screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20S&F in repair 20 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supply & Fix in repair, 600 mm long PVC Connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22S & F in repair, Soap dish chromium plated any size fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws and wooden/ plastic cleats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23S & F in repair tubular towel rail brass chromium plated 20mm dia , 60 cm long between flanges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24S & F in repair, Vitreous china wash hand basin 550 x 450mm, white flat back including cast iron bracket, cutting for and pinning the ends of brackets or erecting on stand including 32mm bore brass chromium plated waste coupling with long screwed shank and fly nuts, PVC flexible waste pipe of bore 32mm and adequate length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25S&F , in repair Vitreous china squating pan, Orissa Pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests and PVC P or S trap (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe ) including connection to trap & flushing pipe etc complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26S&F in repair, Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern ) including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe , antisyphonage pipe , pvc cover sheet in same colour etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27S&F in repair, Vitreous china bowl urinal flat back size 430X370X340 with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern ,flush pipe and waste pipe) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
