| 1 | Supplying and fixing twin aviation obstruction LED light fitting, low-intensity type, comprising two LED lamps of 2 × 10 W, suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply, with IP65 or higher degree of protection, consist of a pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with red UV-stabilized polycarbonate dome/lens, integral constant-current LED driver, inbuilt protection against short circuit, over-voltage and surge protection of minimum 6 kV, with minimum LED rated life of 50,000 burning hours (L70). Including mounting brackets, foundation/base plate, stainless steel nuts, bolts, washers, terminal connectors and all necessary fixing accessories. The work shall also include fixing the fitting on the top of Overhead Reservoir (OHR), water tower, hangar, mast or any other high-rise structure at any height, complete with testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes:(i) The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to include all labour, scaffolding, staging, ladders, lifting arrangements, safety equipment, tools and plant and all incidental works required for installation at any height. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. |
| 2 | Supplying and fixing outdoor cable junction box of minimum size 210 mm × 155 mm × 92 mm or larger approved size, manufactured from Glass Fibre Reinforced Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC), weatherproof and UV-resistant, having minimum degree of protection IP66 conforming to IEC 60529. The junction box shall be complete with hinged lockable door, gasket, DIN rail, one No. 10 Amp, Single Pole (SP), 10 kA MCB, suitably rated stud-type incoming and outgoing terminals, neutral and earth terminals, cable glands, gland plate and all internal wiring required for proper termination, including stainless steel clamps/brackets, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, pole mounting straps (where required), wall plugs, anchor fasteners and all other necessary fixing accessories for mounting on poles, walls or other existing structures, complete with testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Material and labour for surface sub-main wiring (three runs comprising one phase, one neutral and one continuous earth conductor connected to the earth terminal/earth dolly), using 1.5 Sqmm single-core, FRLSH PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductors of red, black and green colours respectively, drawn through and including heavy-duty PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537 (Part 3), medium mechanical stress grade, of suitable size but not less than 20 mm nominal diameter, fixed on surface with all necessary conduit accessories such as bends, elbows, couplers, inspection boxes, saddles, spacer bar saddles, junction boxes, bushes, locknuts, clamps and all other fixing accessories. The wiring shall be provided as an independent circuit from the panel/DB to the junction box and from the junction box to the aviation obstruction light mounted on the top of an Overhead Reservoir (OHR), water tower, hangar, mast or any other high-rise structure, fixed along RCC members, brick masonry, steel structures or other surfaces at any height, complete with termination, testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Measurement for payment shall be made in Running Metre (RM) of the completed wiring route. Three run of copper conductor together with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment. The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to include all wastage, bends, offsets, loops, terminations, ferrules, lugs, continuity of the earth conductor, and the extra length of conductors required for connection inside the panel/DB, junction box and aviation obstruction light fitting and including making good disturbed surface with CM (1:3). No separate measurement or payment shall be admissible on this account. |
| 4 | Excavation in trenches (Manual), not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for pipe line, cable in trenches etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soft including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. |
