Name of Work:- REPAIR TO BRICK WORK, PLASTERING, PERIODICAL SERVICES AND OTHER MISC REPAIRS IN RR UNITS AT ARNORA AND THALELA AREA OF 09 SECT UNDER AGE (I) BHALRA (NIT No. 50 of 2026-27)

1Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
3Excepet Bricks work with old size bricks, using old serviceable bricks, as retrieved from dismantling of brick work under respective item, after removing mortar from and cleaning bricks; straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
4Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
5Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
6Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/stone wall or concrete surfaces,other than fair face finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including mixing of liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: Supply only liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ
7Supply only liquid water proofing admixture @ 0.20 litre per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
8Material and Labour for preparation of New plastered surface applying Two coat of white wash/ colour wash on walls / CEILING complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or un plastered surface including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, removal of vegetation and applying one coat of white wash on WALL/ceilings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10Preparation of newly plastered surfaces two Coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over a complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
11Complete removal of exisiting treatment and applying two Coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Preparation of newly plastered surfaces two Coats overFinishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specifiedand directed by Engg-in Charge.
13Complete removal of exisiting treatment old surface with complet removal overFinishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specifiedand directed by Engg-in Charge.
14Preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distempering with oil emulsion distemper white or any tinted on walls, normal or camoufage pattern filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
15Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or un plastered surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, removal of vegetation and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
16Preparation of old/previously decorated unplastered or plastered surfaces of fair & smooth of wall/ceiling/roof and Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
17Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18Material and Labour for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over/exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface of approved shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
19Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including nanital or similar pattern from roof covering or in ridges, hips, valley gutter and similar works complete, all as specified and directed.
20S&F, Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating G.I based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering, fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

23Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
24Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
25Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.
26S&F In repair pressed steel doors frames of size 105x60 with one or more rebates icluding necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock stricke plate etc,complete,as specified and directed by engr in charge.
27S&F In repair pressed steel doors frames of size 125x60 with one or more rebates icluding necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock stricke plate etc,complete,as specified and directed by engr in charge.
28S&F for factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Plain, framed, panelled shutters, with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces.The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treatedmedium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29S&F for factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/gauge etc divided into squares, with plain , chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of door shutters as specified in SSR Part-I sec 8 clause 8.20 (a), fixed to chowkhat all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
30S&F flush shutters, solid core construction 30mm thick with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.
31S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
32S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. 44S&F framed work any shape nad any designed required by user such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars houldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.
45Dismantling water tanks of capacity 1000 Ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
46Supply and fixing for Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 Ltrs (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
47Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 Ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
48S&F for Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
49Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.
50M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .
51M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles, light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .
52M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
