[2] bidders must clearly indicate the make and model of the offered item along with the specifications and drawings if any at the time of tender offer. [3] bidders must enclose clause by clause compliance to the tendered techn ical specifications attachment at annexure-a, if not offer will not be considered. [4] warranty period as per irs conditio ns from the date of commissioning/ acceptance of the material, warranty certificate shall be submitted along with the material in the name of sse/m6/els/bza.
