| 1 | Necessary repairs and periodic maintenance of different DG sets installed at various WSS Schemes of VIP Belt and Shivpora by way: -All the works to be executed at site utilizing highly technical work and having expertise in the said job. The details of the works to be executed are as following.Engine oil change by the way of draining out all old/used M-oil from the engine removing of all old filters from the designated brackets. Providing and filling new fresh m-oil of reputed make 15w/40/AP1 CH4 Grade or as recommended by the OEM, providing and filling of Coolant/anti-freeze concentrate confirming to BS 6580 or equivalent OEM specifications. Providing and fitting of new filters (Engine oil filter 01 No, Diesel filters 2 No, air filters 01 No etc.). Job also includes complete checking of fuel lines, for any leaks or cracks and drain water and sediments from the water separator/fuel tank etc. and checking of alternator, control panel, wiring, servicing of battery and electrolyte top up, if requiredThe D.G. Sets are to be tested on no load and full load after completing the jobs.The job includes all labour charges etc.Jobs are carried out to the D.G. Sets installed at following water supply schemes1. WSS Shivpora= 5 ltr M oil2. WSS Rustumgari = 15 ltr M oil3. WSS Fairview = 5 ltr M oil4. WSS Chashmashahi = 5 ltr M oil5. WSS Tally Manzil = 5 ltr M oil6. WSS Zethyar 3rd = 10 ltr M oil |
