Name of Work:- General maintenance and watch and ward of unallotted flat.SH: Deployment of Environmental Assistants, Mate and Semi-skilled Personnel for Housekeeping, Cleaning, Visitor Assistance and Day-to-Day Maintenance of S le Flats and Allied Areas at Housing Pocket-6, Sector A1 to A4, Narela.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Deployment of Environmental Assistants for Cleaning and sweeping of three furnished sample flat etc. i/c dusting of table,sofa & ceramic glazed wall tiles, removing of spider net, etc. and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.
2Deployment of Environmental Assistants for cleaning of bathrooms, mirror, wash basin and other articles contained therein as per direction of Engineering in charge .
3Deployment of Mate for looking after day-to-day maintenance activity and miscellaneous site work related to handing over of flat to allottee as per direction of Engineering in charge .
4Deployment of semi-skilled personnel to assist visitors by demonstrating the sample flat and providing basic details about flats.
5Condition:-1. A sum of Rs. 1000/-(Rs. One thousand only) per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily.2.
