And Attending The Oil Leakage In Any Part For Satisfactory Completion Of Job. , Complete Evacuation Of 500 Mva Transformer Main Tank And Filling Of Dry Air Of Dew Point -40°C Or Better In Vacuum Up To Pressure Of 0.25 Kg/Cm2 And Then Again Evacuating The Transformer Main Tank After Required Time Interval (Approx. 12-24 Hrs) Using Centrifuging Machine. The Work Shall Include Connecting Pipes Of Machine As Required, Measuring Dew Point Value Of Dry Air After Every Cycle Till The Required Value Is Achieved, (Each Cycle Treated As One Job) , Creating The Vacuum Inside The 500 Mva Transformer Main Tank Up To The Standard Value And Withstanding The Vacuum Machine Up To 24 Hrs.With All Cost Of Vaccum Machine/Cintrifusing Machine Etc.
