| 1 | Supply and Fixing precast R.C.C ''T'' for Demarcation & Numbering of all Plot in Sector-2 Mandola Vihar Yojana Ghaziabad as per approved drawing and follwing steps-(2) Supply and Fixing precast R.C.C ''T'' size (700X400MM), in proportion 1:2:4 with cement : coarse sand (2.20 to 3.60 F.M.) 20mm gauge stone grit including providing of 0.90% reinforement (approx), & binding wire and including cost of loading unloading, stacking and cartage upto site from loading station and also including all material, labour and T&P etc. and including required form work, finishing on exposed surfase, curing for speceified period and stacking in required rows & height as per direction of engineer-in-charge required for proper completion of work.(3) Earth work in excavation in treches for foundation, pipes, cable etc in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 50 M. and dressing of side and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge i/c upto a distance of 30 M.(4) Base Cement Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast, coarse sand of F.M.(2.20 to 3.60) and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(5) P.C.C. in foundation in proportion 4:2:1 with 20 mm gauge stone Grit, coarse sand (2.20 to3.60 F.M.) and cement including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of wor work.(6) Applying primer coat on precast RCC \\"t\\" surface and 2 coat of approved superior quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat including cleaning the surface all durt, dust & other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine scrappers sand papering & knotting including coat of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper comletion of the work.(7) Painting Letters up to 2.5 cm size copmlete with super high grade enamel paint such as Shalimar, Narolac or Jonson & Nicolson paint including supply of all mateials, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of the work.
