| 1 | Supplying & Erection of Hot Dipped galvanized 10 meter height octagonal pole with 1.5 meter long double arm Hot Dipped Galvanized GI bracket in approved design capable of holding the minimum weight of the luminaire. The pole structural design shall be as per ILE TR7 considering the wind speed as per IS:875, the HT steel for construction should be as pre BSEN10025 grade S355Jo, minimum thickness 3 mm, hot dip galvanizing on both internal and external surfaces as per IS:2629/ IS:2633/ IS:4759 with average coating thickness of 65/70 microns through a single dipping process. The pole shall also be provided with hinged/chained flush door of length not less than 300 mm at an elevation of 1.0 m (approx.) from the base plate with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door opening. Each pole shall be complete with a bakelite sheet complete with DIN Rail, 2/6 amps, 10KA SPN MCB, Screwless DIN mounting connectors suitable for cable terminations complete with Grade) of min. 20 mm dia each with three GI nuts and two GI washers etc. complete as per drawing. The pole shall have a minimum of OAF of 175mm at bottom and minimum of 70 mm at top. The pole bottom shall be enclosed with 200 mm dia DWC pipe upto a height of 2.5 mtr. to avoide theft and electrocution. The pole shall have a section thickness of not less than 3 mm, base plate minimum 275mm x 275mm x 16mm with 250 mm dia DWC pipe to cover/enclose the pole from prevention of the electrocution. | 2 | Pole foundation size must be 900 mm (L) x 900 mm (W) x 700 mm (D) using (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation with 20 Nos. 10 mm TMT Bars, 12 mm of 5.6 mtr. and 8 mm of 3.2 mtr. required etc. complete as required. The pole and pole foundation should be approved from Engineer- in-charge before starting of work. |

System lumen efficacy ≥120 <135 m/Watt output. LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of Aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall to rise above 90°C). |
