| 1 | Comprehensive Maintenance of existing Fortuna make Boom Barriers installed at various locations include the repair/replacement of all faulty/defective/worn out spare parts of the Barrier system such as Drive Motor, Gearbox assembly, Motherboard controller, Power Supply, Push Button and any other mechanical part, but excluding the Barrier Arm or any damage due to Accidental/Forceful Damage. The system shall also include preventive maintenance on monthly basis and unlimited call-out breakdown attendance within 48 hours of registering the call-out as required at OEM Service desk etc. i/c providing technical assistant (1 No. in General Shift) on all working days including Sunday & Holiday for providing assistance for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure functioning and providing immediate assistance during operation and breakdown situation including periodical servicing and repairing as and when required and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as required.
