1Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of data receiver cum web-enabled remote automation controller intended for controlling an existing dewatering pump, motor, motorized valve, or equivalent electromechanical actuator. The unit shall permit remote configuration, realtime monitoring and operation of all field devices through a secured cloud platform, supporting user-defined control logic based on timed sequences, automated schedules, and conditional rules. Output relays shall be of heavy-duty industrial grade for extended service life. Communication ports shall comprise: (I) Modbus RTU/RS485 input for field instruments including pressure sensors, level transmitters, flow meters and temperature sensors; (II) Modbus output for BMS/SCADA connectivity; (III) One 4–20 mA analog input; (IV) In-built LoRa wireless receiver at 865–868 MHz for long-range sensor data reception; (V) Integrated GSM/4G IoT SIM module for cloud connectivity enabling real-time data push, remote diagnostics and configuration via web or mobile. Onboard LED/LCD display (min. 2.8 inch) shall show device status, communication health, sensor values, alarms, relay states and diagnostics. Housing: polycarbonate, IP65 rated including proper fixing and connection etc. complete as required .
2Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of automatic wireless pump controller cum data receiver unit suitable for three phase motor to pump water from underground tank to multiple overhead tank by operating existing two motors (one main and one standby), in alternative manner including water level indication of single/multiple tank in percentage with 0 to 100% or not with 1% resolution. It will also indicate “flow status and audio/visual alarm for overflow condition. It will have dry run protection and timeout protection. Pump should start when water level falls below low level in any tank and stop when all tanks get full. Low and full level should be configurable for each tank individually. It should have MODBUS output for BMS system / GSM Gateway. If in case of failure of equipment, there should be provision to operate motor manually. It will include making electrical connection and proper fixing/mounting etc. complete as required
3Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a battery-powered laser-based water level sensor with integrated wireless transmitter, for measuring water level in dewatering pits/STP tanks/water tanks and wirelessly transmitting the reading to a remote controller or display unit. The transmitter shall operate on the 865–868 MHz ISM band with minimum RF output of 15 dBm and IP68 ingress protection rating for continuous submersion service. Level data shall be transmitted as a percentage value (0–100%) to the paired receiver unit. Maximum sensing depth: 8.00 metres. Complete as required.
4Providing access to a web-based platform for remote water level monitoring and automated control of the dewatering pump/motor system, hosted on a Tier-III certified data centre located in India. The platform shall present live operational parameters through a graphical dashboard supporting historical trend viewing and data export in CSV and graphical formats. Tank threshold limits and motor sequencing, scheduling and control logic shall be remotely configurable via web browser with multi-level user authentication. Automated WhatsApp alert notifications shall be dispatched to multiple designated contacts upon level limit violations, foot-valve chokage or pump priming failures. Subscription covers server and application access for one Motor Controller / Valve Controller for 12 months; hardware billed separately. Complete as required.
5SITC GSM module a communication interface gateway to communicate the data between web server and controller/level transmitter RS-485/Modbus/ UART protocol is used for data communication between server and controller/repeater and other compatible devices IOT. The GSM unit will be equipped with SIM of cellular network provider for communication with server etc. complete as required
6Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of digital data signal repeater for re-transmitting of data signal of multiple transmitters/other repeaters to further distance if the controller/ indicators at install beyond the signal range of transmitter clear line of sight in absence of any signal interference i/c electrical connection etc. complete as required.
7Supply of alkaline type battery-powered wireless water level data transmitter with a capacitance-based water level sensor to measure water level of water tanks upto 9 meter depth in %age with 1% resolution and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit/Display unit to measure water level 1% to 100% etc. complete as required.
