3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
4Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns
5Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.
6Arches, domes, vaults up to 6 m span
7Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
8Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
9Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
10Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
11Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
12Brick work in plain arches in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including centering and shuttering complete for span up to 6 metres with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand).
13Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
14Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
15Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
16Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.
1715 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
18Providing and fixing Japani sheet steel window/ Door frame fabricated from 16-gauge (1.5 mm) mild steel sheet, pressed and bent to standard profile, including cutting to required lengths, welding, grinding, fixing in position with hold fasts or lugs, complete with MS glazing clips and necessary screws, etc., including priming coat but excluding cost of glazing and painting. The frame shall be fabricated as per standard specifications and fixed in masonry with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge 105 X 60 X 40 MM Single Rebate
19Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws
20French spirit polishing Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler
21Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
22Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. Complete 300 x 16 mm
23Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. Complete 250x10 mm
24Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. Complete 125 mm
25Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
26Finishing the surface with two or more coats of acrylic emulsion paint (matt finish) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
27Providing and applying elastomeric waterproof exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (such as Apex Ultima Protek / Dr. Fixit Raincoat or equivalent) on external surface of dome, including surface preparation, cleaning, crack filling, application of one coat of suitable exterior primer and two or more coats of elastomeric paint, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
28Providing and fixing acoustic lining on dome surface comprising G.I. framework with perimeter channels, intermediate channels, hangers etc., 12.5 mm thick perforated gypsum board conforming to IS: 2095 (Part-I), fixed on framework with screws, with 50 mm thick resin bonded rockwool insulation in the form of semi-rigid slabs/boards conforming to IS: 8183 having density not less than 80 kg/m³ (acoustic grade) placed at the back, including jointing and finishing, providing and applying two coats of primer suitable for boards as per manufacturer’s specifications, including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers and cut-outs with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, but excluding the cost of final painting.
29Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
