1Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soilscomprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.
2Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
3Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
4b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts for all floor level in all heights.
5c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers for all floor level in all heights.
6Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work for all floors in all heights., including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
7Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work for all floors in all heights., including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge .
8Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work for all floors in all heights., including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
9Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
10Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framedand fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs ordash fastener shall be paid for separately). in all floors level, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
12Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure aboveplinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in and curing complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge
1415 mm cement plaster on rough side of wall of mix in all floor level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
15Providing BIS specification Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
16Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including tubular sections/ chequered plates, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
17Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
18Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over all with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coat ing including fixing with prepainted iron j or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories , including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
19Providing & fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.. (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).
20Providing and fixing prelaminated board ceiling complete with all necessary screws and clamps. 8mm thick as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
21Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and pannelled and glazed door shutter (in Second class Deodar wood) and panel 12 mm (Twelve ) thick Phenol bonded (both side) prelaminated partical board as per approved shade and 5 mm (Five millimeter) thick glass)i/c black enammelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc comp. 35 mm (Thirty Five millimetre) thick as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
23Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
24Providing and laying Non slipary anti skid ceramic tiles 5.5 mm (five point five millimeter) thick of in flooring (300x300xmillimeter size), tread of steps, flooring laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 sand: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
25Providing and fixing Digital glazed tiles 6 mm ( six millimetre) thick in skirting walls/risers of steps and dado of approved make over base of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and jointing with neat cement slurry complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
26Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or roundbars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
27Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
28Applying priming coat With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
29Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
30Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
31Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
32Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including sand paper smooth complete , including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
33Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
