Name of Work:- Repairing of existing structures of 05 nos. road weighbridges for 02 years (730 days) at Bina project.B/EM/eTender/2026-27/22
Sl. No. Item Description
1Complete dismantale/removal of damaged MS plates (10/12 mm) on the top of the existing structure, removal of damaged portions of the MS JOIST BEAMS in the main structure, Angles, Channels etc. (any other part related to the structure) and transporting the damaged portions to the regional store. (Cutting set & its accessories will be arranged by the contractor while gasses will be given by the department/NCL)( 100% labour)
2Repairing of damaged portions by re-fabrication and re-errection of the welded joints, along with replacing of the top portion by 10/12 mm MS plates. Replacing the damaged portion/complete of the MS JOIST BEAMS in the main structure, Angles, Channels etc. (any other part related to the structure) (Cutting set & its accessories with welding machine will be arranged by the contractor while iron steel items and gasses will be given by the department/NCL)( 100 % labour)
3Welding electrode (SAP material Code 4600027927) (10% of the re-fabricated quantity 71520.00 Kg) ( 100% supply)
