4Supply and fix galvanised iron tubing light grade 100 mm bore galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches / road crossing and fixed pole for UG cable protection and taking down of old rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed.
5Dismantling concrete pole / steel pole / struts of any sizecomplete all as specified and directed.
6Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meters long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary earth work excavation, removal of surplus soil & concrete shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.
7Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations / filling around the post, Poles etc all as specified and directed.
8Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for path ways, hard standing & pole coping including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
9Dismantling of unserviceable cross arm such as MS channel /angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.
10Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.
11Dismantling insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
12Material and labour for pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150 mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
13Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/ horizontal mounted with two or three insulators per phase including insulators and and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components complete all as specified and directed.
14Material and labour for switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated (with GI operating rod), mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, vertical type for current rating upto 200 Amps on HT 11000 volts working pressure, including locking arrangement with 06 lever lock and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
15Material and labour for switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated (with GI operating rod), mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, vertical type for current rating upto 400 Amps on HT 11000 volts working pressure, including locking arrangement with 06 lever lock and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
16Material and labour for replacement of expulsion / drop out / horn gap type fuse carrier assembly outdoor type 200Amps capacity including fuse element upto 25 Amps and insulator conforming to IS specifications suitable for 11000 volts (HT) complete all as specified and directed.
17Material and labour for replacement of expulsion / drop out / horn gap type fuse carrier assembly outdoor type 200Amps capacity including fuse element above 25 Amps & upto 50Amps and insulator conforming to IS specifications suitable for 11000 volts (HT) complete all as specified and directed.
18Material and labour for lightning arresters for outdoor use expulsion type suitable for 11000 volts (HT) complete with all fittings, transmission class, dis-charge capacity 65 KA including taking down existing lightening arresters of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
19Material and labour for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductors of suitable size and length (Weasel) including necessary lugs wherever required / aluminium heavy duty PG clamps / binding properly without any loose contact after removing the old jumpers including PVC sleeves complete all as specified and as directed.
20Material and labour for repair and servicing of HT 11 KV Four pole structure by replacing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, tightening of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc /pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/ salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of red oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces &applying a coat of aluminum paint to the entire steel structure complete all as directed.Note: Quoted unit rate shall be inclusive of PG clamp for jumpering, GI hardware like nuts, bolts two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
21All as per item No: 20.00 described here-in-before but two pole structure complete all as specified and directed.
22Material and labour preparing old faded painted surface of 11metre long steel tubular pole complete with including all accessories such as cross arms bracings, brackets etc, and applying two coats of aluminium paint including writing pole number with paint same as existing earlier complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battry (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of supper bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and directed.
24M&L for removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing HT/LT poles & stretching of ACSR/AAC conductor upto required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides upto the stress on each side complete all as specified and directed.
25Labour only for cutting of up grown branches of trees including making clearance of minimum 1 meter on both sides of over head conductor complete all as specified and directed.Note : Clearence of tree branches should be 5 meter a part from span.
26Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
27Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m in but not exceeding 3.0m depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
28Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
29Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
30Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified and directed.Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.
31Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm abetting Each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.
32Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable (HTUG), 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm (Earthed) including takingout existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.Note: Rates are included with Megger testing of Cable.
33Supply and fixing test and commissioning of 3Cx95sqmm+1Cx70sqmm, Stranded Aluminium Conductor, All Conductor and Messanger Line XLPE Insulated, 11KV(e), High Tension, Aerial Bunched Cable complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells/Gloster/Polycab
34M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. including excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault locating equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Notes: for Srl. Item No.33 : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duration. (ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “Each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints, jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.
35M&L for comprehensive maintenace / servicing of HT RMU by dismantling of breaker mechanism checking the various critical setting in mechanism, busbar chember,Electric short circuit indicator, current and earthfult relay, gas pressure/ densicty, manually operated mechanisms, fuses, fuse conister, feeder busbar intenal/external busbar, SF6 tank, LV copartment, auxiliary switch, interlocking lever, current transformer relay etc. checking of spring charging mechanism, checking of pole contact , greasing/ lubricating of mechanism moving parts, checking of contact pressure, alignment and adjusting the same, triping coil test trial & teting of RMU for smooth and correct fuctioning authorized coy complete all as specified and directed.
36S&F as in replacement of HV backup fuse link, CEF cap iN 16 Amp i3 55 A, UN 12Kv i163 A, Striker 60N in SF6 RMU Seimens/CG/C&S complete all as specified and directed. (set of Three)

44Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) of capacity 630 Amps, 11 KV 250 to 350 MVA and strip opening the HT panel of rating 11 KV, 3 phase comprising of following repairs, overhauling, servicing and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling:-
45Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection/ overhauling complete all as specified and directed.
46Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required than to be paid in respective items complete all as specified and directed.
47Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and cicuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if require than to be paid in respective items complete all as specified and directed.
48Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.
49Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism complete all as specified and directed.
50Servicing/Inspecting/checking of secondary sockets/busbar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required than to be paid in respective items complete all as specified and directed.
51Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley complete all as specified and directed.
52Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly complete all as specified and directed.
53Dismantling the complete instrument chamber/ HV cable box/LV cable box .Decarbonising/ cleaning the complete HT 11 KV 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel and inspecting the bus bar insulators complete all as specified and directed.
54Checking, inspecting, calibration of relays, ammeters and voltmeters etc complete all as specified and directed.
55Checking complete electrical tripping circuit of HT panel including control wiring from secondary system rotary to tripping coil, auxiliary switch male and female housing cut out, etc. and wiring including replacement of damaged wire at places including operation on DC system, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
56Inspection of PTs and CTs complete all as specified and directed.
57Inspecting of indicating lamps, rotary switches/selector switches, toggle switches etc complete all as specified and directed.
58The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve:-(i) Inspection of truck & hoist assembly.(ii) Inspection of tank assembly & barriers.(iii) Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly.(iv) Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism.(v) Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism.(vi) Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly (vii) Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related componentsm) Testing function of Vaccum interupter (Vaccum Bottle ) of VCBs by testing equipement and inspecting of housing and insulators complete testing certifiacte to be submit to office.
59Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, minor spares like nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, lugs, compound, copper wire, sealent provide to lid/opening of cable gaps etc. to put in to the VCBs/ HT panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified (ii) Rates for items No 8 to19 shall be paid for material only as labour rate is included in this item.
60Supply only the Shunt trip coil 110 V DC/220 V DC /30 V DC suitable for 650 Amps 250 MVA to 350 MVA HT switch gear (VCBs) of any make and 11 KV HT panel complete all as directed.

67Demolition and Dismantling Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for support of any type pole and removing from site complete all as directed. Note :- Demolition material to be remove from site up to 200 mtr distance.
68Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface and including the form work for give required shape as required for mounting of power transformer and RMU complete all as directed.

70Comprehensive maintenance of 33kV outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 33kV (Highest system voltage: 36kV) Rated Current: 800A to 1250A (continuously) Breaking Capacity: 25 kA for 3 second sensures optimal grid reliability, typically aligned with standards like IEC 62271-100 carried out the following maintenance of VCB 33 KV:-
71Checking complete electrical tripping circuit of motor panel including control wiring ,tripping coil, auxiliary switch male and female housing cut out, etc. and wiring including replacement of damaged wire at places including operation on DC system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.
72Maitenance of Operating Mechanism Motor-wound, spring-charged, stored energy Operating Duty Cycle: \(O - 0.3s - CO - 3min - CO\ and Control Voltage: 230V AC (Motor/Heaters), 30V DC or 110V DC (Trip/Close coils) and Check if the spring charging motor resets the mechanism automatically and smoothly.
73Carried out the Following test during the maitenance of 33 KV VCB with motor operating Mechanism :- (i) Insulation Resistance Test: Use a 2.5 kV or 5kV Megger to check the resistance between phases, and between phases and earth.(ii) Contact Resistance Test: Measure the micro-ohm resistance of the main contacts (should be typically \(< 50\mu\Omega\))(iii) Timing Test: Check closing and opening times. Closing time should be \(\le 130\) ms, and opening time \(\le 60\) ms.(iv) Vacuum Integrity Test: Perform High Potential (HV) testing across open contacts to ensure the vacuum interrupter bottle has no leaks.(v) Tightness Check: Torque all bolted electrical connections and check control wiring terminal blocks.(vi) Lubrication: Clean and lightly grease the mechanical operating linkages (avoid over-greasing the drive mechanism).(vii) Isolation: Completely isolate the VCB from both the 33kV busbar and the load side using isolator switches.m) .Checking the Mechanical Operations: Perform manual and electrical close/trip tests to verify the operation counter and indicators.(n) Testing function of CT and PTs including replacement of Connector nut bolts.
