Note :- This Item will be also executed in highrise bldgs (G+8) and necessary provision for T&P, scaffoling and safety measures (100 % compulsory scaffoling) etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.) |
| 2 | M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 and including demolition of old brick/ PCC block masonry complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces wall, pillars, cornices, chajja, fascia drop wall, parapet, roof projection over hanging slab etc in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair with liquid water proofing compound as per manufaturer's instructions finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
