The switchgear panel shall be made up of CRCA sheet steel duly powder coated or equivalant not less than 2.5mm thick for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof.Note: - Foundation as per Company Engineering Drawing is included in item Rate quoted by contractor .and all as per Directed By EIC.(i) Continuous current rating minimum-800A.(ii) Short circuit withstand current minimum 25 KVA for 1 Sec.(iii) Operating Mechanism of the VCB are suitable for 10000 Mechanical Operations(iv)CT Ratio should be 200-100/5-5, core 1: Class 1 ,15 VA Core 2: 5P10. 15VA burden(v)Cast resin drawout type potential transformer 11 KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 100 VA , CI 0.5 (vi) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following:-(a)Each of the incomer switchgear units shall be provided with over current (50/51) and earth fault (50N/51N) protection, this relay shall also provide over voltage (59), under voltage (27),Line Differential(87L),over flux(24),phase protection function. The over voltage element shall have setting of 100 to 200% in steps of 1% and under voltage element shall have setting of 30 to 90% in steps of 1%. The main protection relays should be SCADA compatible with IEC 61850 Edition 2 on 2 nos. FO ports. Relay should generate GOOSE message as per IEC 61850 standard for interlocking and also ensure interoperability with third party relays.

31Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps, 25kA/26.3KA for 3 Sec (Rated Short Circuit), extensible both side, Outdoor type, 3 way RMU with 2 LBS & 1 VCB, SF6 insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained within Robotically welded Stainless Steel Tank & RMU Main Tank should be of 3mm thick stainless steel robotically welded with degree of protection IP67 suitable for outdoor use, type tested for internal arc test for IAC AFL for 21KA for 1sec.HT RMU shall preferably have site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works.Short Time withstand (STC) rating of the RMU should be 25kA/26.3KA for 3secs. Load Break Switch should be type tested for mechanical endurance of min.5000 nos. of operations. (M2 class).RMU shall be suitable for operation at an altitude of upto 1000 meter above MSL. RMU should be with manufacturers own make of Vacuum Interrupter & Self Powered Relay.The RMU shall be complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:- Note Foundation as per Company Engineering Drawing is included in item Rate quoted by contractor .and all as per Directed By EIC.(1) 630 Amp, 21KA, triple pole, manually operated Vacuum Ciruit Breaker encapsulated in SF6 Stainless steel tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable.(2) cable boxes at each of the circuit breakers shall be suitable for bottom entry of HV cables of size up to 1x3C x 400 sq.mm and shall be located to the front/side/Rear side of the RMU.Necessary Terminal Protector Boots should be supplied with each RMU. Compound filled cable boxes are not acceptable
