1Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc, from PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs from mouth by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush, after removing inlet and out let pipes (also cleaning the mouths of circulating pipe) and refixig including writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel white paint in proper format as directed by Engr-in-Charge.NOTE: (i) All inlet and outlet pipes are to be checked properly any leakage during the cleaning of tanks all as specified and as directed.(ii) If float valve broken at the time of cleaning the contractor has to replace it without any extra payment.
2As per item No 1 above but of capacity 500 Ltrs but n. exc 1000 Ltrs. NOTE: (i) All inlet and outlet pipes are to be checked properly any leakage during the cleaning of tanks all as specified and as directed.(ii) If float valve broken at the time of cleaning the contractor has to replace it without any extra payment.
3As per item No 1 above but of capacity 2000 Ltrs but n. exc 10000 Ltrs NOTE: (i) All inlet and outlet pipes are to be checked properly any leakage during the cleaning of tanks all as specified and as directed.(ii) If float valve broken at the time of cleaning the contractor has to replace it without any extra payment.
4Material and labour for Cleaning of RCC under ground sump of following capacity by removing sludge, mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal wall surface of tank by means of wire brush and spraying of cleaned fresh water, bailing out accumulated dirty water inside the tank with pump sets, removal of deposited muds and other sediments, washing of internal surface with sufficient quantity of mixture in suitable proportion (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1.0 litre water), finally applying two coats of lime washing on entire internal surface of walls,allowing applied coat to become dry and wait for confirmation from MES Staff , writing the date of cleaning and capacity of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following locations :-(a) Main Gate Pump House No 3 (2.25 Lakh Ltr)
5(b) Pump House No 1 (2 Lakh GLN)
6(c) Near MI Room (Semi Circulation 75 Thousand)
7Material and labour for Cleaning of RCC over head water tank of capacity 1.0 Lakh GLN at 25 metre height by removing sludge, mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal wall surface of tank by means of wire brush and spraying of cleaned fresh water, bailing out accumulated dirty water inside the tank with pump sets, removal of deposited muds and other sediments, washing of internal surface with sufficient quantity of mixture in suitable proportion (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1.0 litre water), finally applying two coats of lime washing on entire internal surface of walls,allowing applied coat to become dry and wait for confirmation from MES Staff , writing the date of cleaning and capacity of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following locations:-(a) Near Power House No 1 OHT
8Material and labour for Cleaning of RCC under ground sump reservoir/SWT 2.25 /2.0 Lakh capacity (Fire Static Tank Capacity by removing sludge, mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal wall surface of tank by means of wire brush and spraying of cleaned fresh water, bailing out accumulated dirty water inside the tank with using Sludge pump sets, removal of deposited muds and other sediments, washing of internal surface with sufficient quantity of mixture in suitable proportion (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1.0 litre water), finally applying two coats of lime washing on entire internal surface of walls,allowing applied coat to become dry and wait for confirmation from MES Staff , writing the date of cleaning and capacity of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following locations:-(a) Near Power House No 1 / Old Tech area (Round Type)
9(b) Near HHF SWT Sump (Round Type)
10Testing of potable water sample collected from NMRL R & D Ambernath and testing report from NABL acredited lab as per BIS - 10500:2012 parameters Complete for drinking water carried out all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
11Supply and Replace rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs 3 layers white colour (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
12Supply and Replace rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 Ltrs 3 layers white colour (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all accessories all as specified and directed byEngr-in-charge

17Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 60x 60 x 75 cm deep dimensions (Over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, Plastering, PCC Coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including Excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below:-Valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications:-(i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick extended up to 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry.(ii) Walls of valve chamber 200 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks , setting in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth.(iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over block masonry wall.(v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash.(vi) Chamber cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.
