Name of Work:- PROVN OF PQC ROAD & FENCING WITH GATE IN TECH AREA AT AF STN BORJHAR.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Excavation in post hole in hard/ dense soil, each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out any type of soil.
2Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.
3M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L RCC Type B1 (1:1.5:3) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footing & plinth beam etc complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L RCC type B1 (1:1.5:3) (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in column complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.
7Rough finished Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions circular on plan
8S&F mild Steel angles, bars, flats etc as in supports for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tpos to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (For securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.
9Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and bolts etc.
10Supply only for mild steel galvanised chain link fencing 3.15 mm dia of mesh wire and mesh opening size 100 x 100mm with straining bolts, 10 mm dia round bars binding with 0.9mm dia MS binding wire, flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc. ), binding and jointing complete including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron & round bars shall be measured as supply only and paid separately.
11Supply only MS flat iron, round or square bars confirming to Garde E-165 (Fe-290) for fixing chain link wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.
12Supply only mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over confirming to Grade E-165 (Fe-290) for fixing in chain link wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.
13S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing in repairs to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
14Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 - S, including cast iron mouldings, ornamental designer pieces etc., with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete.
15S&F mild screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, fitted with washers and nut exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.
16Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) upto 2.25m deep including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge
17M& L for bringing approved earth from outside MOD land and forming embankment including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering ramming/ rolling with tandom roller ( Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size and camber as required to 'K' value in field at top of embankment,( subgrade of pavement) shall not be less than 5kg/Cm²/cum,Complete all as specified and directed.
18Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc. 30 cm thick, watering ramming /rolling and finishing to required size shape etc n.exc. 1.5 m height from base Complete all as specified and directed.
19Rolling and consolidating Formation Surface in cutting with Power Roller exceeding 8 Tonne and not exceeding 12 Tonne complete all as specified and as directed.
20Material & Labour for laying and compacting GSB (Granular sub base) 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Grade -V ( as per table 400-1 of MORTH, specification for Road and Bridge works, 2013 ) in a two layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone , crushed slag or combination thereof by using motor grader of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry density. consolidating to required gradient with finished surface tolerances aoer Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed
21Material & Labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75mm each compacted , grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 manufacured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weigth and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, rolled and consolidated using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. the finished surface tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge.
22M&L for Providing and laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 125 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa. minimum cement content not less than 140Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013.
23M & L for high density polythine (Transparent/ colour) sheet in single layer of 400 micron water proof , wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390gm/sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for laying 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap)
25M & L for providing and laying 150 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45 Kg/ SqmCM or 4.5 Mpa using non circular synthetic fiber @ specified by the manufacturer, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 od IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hrad strong, dense, non porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel , fine aggregates of clean natural sandor crushed sotne and or combination of both using minimum 360 Kg/cum of cement wiht non circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at rate as specifed by the manufacurer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with paver including curing and brooming complete all as specified all and directed.
26M & L for Forming 25 MM wide expansion joint in concreat slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropirate size, straight and smooth edges, joints cleaned thorughlt with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vaccum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. the joints then filled with pre- moulded 25 MM thick compressible polythylene closed cell type filler board as specified, there after application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30min before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of closed cell, medium density, cross link polythine foam back up rod of 30mm dia over dia , over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum with min MAF +/- 30% having 10 years performing guarntee, applying masking tap on the edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tap after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed
27M&L for forming dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3mm soon after concrete set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th thicness of slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm wide and 24 mm deepby using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth eadges. joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30min before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of closed cell, medium density, cross link polythine foam back up rod of 08mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of rod for complete width of the joint and filled top 15mm with polyurethene based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum with min MAF +/- 30% having 10 years performing guarntee, applying masking tap on the edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tap after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed
28M & L for cutting construction joint 28 MM deep and 10mm wide by early entry saw cutter of appropirate size, straight and smooth edges, joints cleaned thorughlt with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vaccum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30min before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. 29Finishing surface of concrete road pavement by belting
30Preparing new conceret surface and painting lines, dashes (continous/uninterrupted arrows, letters,etc n,exceeding 10cm width with two coats of water based road marking paint in white ,golden,yellow, orage or red colour over a coat of primer comlete all using road painting machine all as directed.
31Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar, facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
32M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm aggregate) fdn, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
33M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 (40mm aggregate) in surfce channel and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
34M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and inshelves and the like finished fair and even, complete all as specified & directed.
35M&L brick work with old size bricks,straight or curve on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished, flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed .
37M&L for Formwork to faces of walls( Rcc culvert), retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter with flat and rough finished surface
38S&F Mild steel bars (TMT bars) 10 mm and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
39All as per item No 38 above but 6mm to 8mm dia
40M & L Cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm grades stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, fixing of hold fasts and other similar works and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified.
41M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces fair & even using WPC (Water Proofing Compound) as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note : WPC measured and paid separetly.
