| 1 | Repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm etc complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 2 | M&L for premix bituminuos macadam by job mix formula (consolidated thickness 75mm or less )with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG -30) by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to the outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed:-Note :- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job Mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. Mix shall be obtain from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only. |

| 5 | M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimunm 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' termoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers termoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per table No. 800.4 of MORTH specification incl spraying glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. |
