| 4 | S&F powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle, wall angle fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c, Main Runners placed @ 1200mm, Cross Tee 1200mm inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm and additional cross tees of 600 mm placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm, grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed. Note: Ceiling board will measured and paid separately under appropriate item. |
