Supply Of set of fabricated item for lhb 3 tier flat roof coaches , set of fabricated item for lhb 3 tier flat roof coaches., as per drawing: mpls cb3tflat version 0, packing instruction: returnable & re-usable metallic pallet item shoul d be supplied in returnable & re-usable pallet made of steel. the design of the pallet sh ould be : water and fire proof. rust free. having good strength to weight ratio. suitable for stacking in several layers, compatible with each other when stacked. abl e to withstand the rough handling of common logistic systems such as fork lifter, cra nes etc. able to facilitate the storing, handling and unloading with minimum labour a nd time. having the interior of the pallet lined with suitable material (like frp ) so as to prevent damage to the item being transported. while stacking the item inside the pal let, there should be minimum use of disposable packing. the pallet should have firms logo for identification. firm should also indicate pl no., description of item on the pall et. note : 1.for packing the individual item(s), the use of material which are not environ ment friendly such as wood/polyethene/plastic is prohibited, however the environment friendly plastic can be used. 2.the item should be packed in such a way that it should n ot rub during transportation. the in-transit damage, if any, shall be at cost of the sup plier. 3.the design to be got approved by the firm from cde/rcf before initiating manufa cturing.
