| 1 | M&L for repair and servicing of HT 33KV Main Receiving power station pole structures by replacing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc /pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/ salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of zinc oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & a coat of aluminum paint to the entire structure complete all as directed. Note: -(1) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces and steel surfaces, ACSR conductor for jumpering, Bus Bar , replacement of unsv disc/pin type insulator by new, GI hard ware like nuts, bolts etc complete. (2). Contractor should visit the MRS Yard before quoting tender. |
