5Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.
6Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.
7Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, unframed work, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.
8Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed
9Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation filling, complete all as specified and as directed.
10Rolled mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed.
11Rolled mild steel in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A, complete all as specified and as directed.
12Brickwork with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
13Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
14Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 100mm thick, as in sub base, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
15Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 25mm thick, as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
16Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, pre-polished, size 200mmx200mmx20/25mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
17Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
18Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 20mm thick, as in cooking plateform, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
19Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar work including polishing the edges, complete all as specified and as directed.
20Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.
21Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on external surfaces including mixing water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement content, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.
22Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.
23Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion and including over one coat of chalk whiting to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.
24Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paintlime wash, complete all as specified and as directed.
25Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specifed and directed.
26Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based plain steel sheet 0.80mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specifed and directed.
27Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.
28Galvanised iron frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of galvanised iron perimeter channnel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.90mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at appro 900mm centre to centre with galvanised iron cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.20mtrs length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.50mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6.0mm dia galvanised iron (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat 40mmx3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia. 40mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.
29Providing and fixing everest board 4mm thick, designer, in ceiling fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, grid size 595x595mm, for false ceiling all as specified, complete all as specified and as directed.
30Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z-sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dashfasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed.
