Providing, welding, and fitting a new 100 mm dia GI B-Class long radius bend with flanges in proper alignment, including fixing with the delivery system using nuts, bolts, and necessary consumables to ensure a leak-proof joint.3. Re-lowering the submersible pumping unit into the river manually, reconnecting the delivery line, and testing the system for satisfactory operation. |

Disassembling of damaged tail piece from the delivery system and then replacing it by new tail piece of 1m length, 100 mm dia, flanged B-Class. The flange thickness of the tail piece should be 16mm.Note:- All nuts, bolts, washers, ed oxide (R.I.) cloth, welding electrodes, consumables, skilled labour, tools and tackles required for the above works (S.No. 1&2) shall be provided by the contractor, and the rates shall include all incidental charges. |
