| 1 | Supply of articulating hydraulic boom lift which can reach up to the height of 15 to 25 metres height self moving type including necessary diesel for operating the articulated boom lift including an operator who will operate the articulated boom lift. The boom lift shall be used only for ensuring safety aspects at site like tying of net, tying of life line, boom lift timings hour shall be counted from start of the safety related work at site to completion of the safety related work for a particular day. |

| 3 | Labour for removing/Cutting down pre painted galvalume sheet of thickness 0.50mm in the existing roof or cladding surface including removal of screw and cutting to size and shape whenever required etc at height more than 10m and removing from position and deposited where directed and considering the dimension and height including all necessary scaffolding and safety aspects complete and handing over the same to CE stores. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |
| 5 | M & L for polycarbonate sheet 2mm thick as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self drilling / self tapping anti corrosive screws with EPDM seal complete all as per manufacturers specifications and instructions and as approved and as directed, by considering the dimension & height including all necessary scaffolding and safety aspects complete. The height of work exceeding 10 metres from the average ground level. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing of beneath the galvalume roof thermal insulation on ceiling with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183, density 24kg / m3, 50 mm thick, wrapped in both side with aluminium foil as per the IS code, fixing it over existing wire mesh, as directed at the height more than 10.00 metres including all safety aspects and scaffolding complete as required at site. |
