[2] bidders must cl early indicate the make and model of the offered item along with the specifications and drawings if any at the time of te nder submission. [3] security deposit(sd) amounting to 3% to 5% of the contract value as per els/vijayawada/scor te chnical specification no. b/trs/spec/4/272, sheet 4. [4] warranty period as per irs conditions from the date of commis sioning/ acceptance of the material in accordance with els/vijayawada/scor technical specification no. b/trs/spec/4/2 72, sheet 3. [5] warranty certificate shall be submitted along with the material in the name of sse/m6/els/bza. [6] bidd ers must enclose clause by clause compliances to the tendered els/vijayawada/scor technical specification no. b/trs/ spec/4/272, sheets 1 to 4, if not offer will not be considered.
