SHEENLAC BRAND.D13X Thinner / petrol, cloth/brush etc. required for erasing shall be supplied by the contractor. The existing price tag must be cleaned neatly without damaging the monogram. |
| 3 | The work involves screen printing the revised price tag (actual cost, MRP, subsidy per Kg sale price), month and year of manufacture etc. in the bags, using screen, PP FIX FAST screen printing ink, PP FIX FAST INK AID, cleaning solution etc.Screens for printing with the price tag imprinted will be supplied by FACT. PP FIX FAST screen printing ink, PP FIX FAST INK AID, screen cleaning solution, blade/ brush etc. required for screen printing shall be supplied by the contractor.The new price tag should be printed neatly in the specified area without any smudges. Care must be taken to ensure that ink, thinner, etc., are not spread over any other part of the bag causing any damage to the monogram. After printing, the ink on the bags must be properly dried to prevent smudging. Once dried, the bags should be bundled into bales of 100 each and then stacked.
