| 2 | Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep, area not exc 400 Sqm by means of mechanical scarifier complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be included for removal of rubble/debris outside MoD land |
| 3 | M&L for providing Premixed bitumenous macadam not exceeding 75mm thick using paving bitumen @ 4% (VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. |
