(ii) Complaint shall be notified to contractor at any time between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs and the same shall be immediately attended and defects rectified within six hrs from notification of complaint to the contractor.(iii) Confirmation of attendance & rectification of complaint shall be given in writing by the contractor and same shall be recorded in the ‘Register’ maintained for the purpose. The ‘Register’ shall be produced to this office along with RAR/Final Bill.(iv) In case the contractor fails to attend complaints within stipulated time (i.e. 6 hrs), a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 500/- per complaint. (iv) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed included the cost of necessary T& P required.(v) Pipes and cost of jointing shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. |
