| 11 | Providing 40 mm pre-mix Bituminous Macadam over existing metalled surface with departmental broken stones and bitumen after thoroughly cleaning the existing surface with compressed air, wire brushes, brass brooms and applying a tack coat of bitumen 3 Kg / 10.Sq.m and spreading the hot pre-mix (formed of 0.32 Cu.m of 24 mm broken stone, 0.22 Cu.m of 12 mm broken stone and 25.92 Kg bitumen/ 10 Sq.m) to template rolling to dense compact surface, then spreading the seal coat (comprising of hot pre-mix of 0.09 Cu.m of 6 mm broken stones and 8.64 Kg of bitumen per 10 Sq.m) over a tack coat of bitumen @ 3Kg/10 Sq.m , rolling again to smooth finish, finally spreading fine aggregate coat (comprising of hot premix of 0.04 Cu.m of fine aggregate and 2.5 Kg of bitumen per 10 sq. m.) and rolling including cost of oils and fuels, hire for boiler, sprayer, roller and brushes etc. complete.
