2DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 14.72 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
3DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.36.1 - Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge - Wooven PVC cloth. (Debris and safety screening on the full scaffold face.)

6DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 15.3 - Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Existing RCC chhajja / fin slab band, two runs of approx. 58 m each, as shown on the tender drawing; careful, non-percussive working near structural members, in alternate bays.)
7DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 15.5 - Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Saw/chisel cutting the chhajja band free along its junction with the structure.)

13DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.29.2 - Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge - Bars above 12 mm diameter. (PROVISIONAL ITEM: to be operated only on the written instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge; payable on actual measurement.)
14DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.29.1 - Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge - Bars upto 12 mm diameter. 15DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 13.50.3 - Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works. (First protective coat on cleaned reinforcement bars, applied immediately after rust removal and before the bonding coat/encasement; measured on the bar surface area.) (PROVISIONAL ITEM: to be operated only on the written instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge; payable on actual measurement.)
16DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 13.50.4 - Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat). (Second protective coat on the cleaned reinforcement bars, over the first priming coat.) 17DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.30.1 - Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100 mm upto 200 mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge - Upto and including 12 mm dia. (On prepared column surfaces before encasement and under polymer-modified mortar patch repairs.)
19DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.40 - Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x 25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (Wrapped around the columns under repair.)

21DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.32.2 - Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge - 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers. (Patch repairs to slab soffits, beams and staircase landing edges over cleaned and passivated bars, and column base / plinth zone repair in the splash zone of ground floor columns, as marked.)
22DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.39 - Providing and inserting 12 mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20 mm to 30 mm) up to depth from 30 mm to 80 mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Grouting ports to all 52 corridor columns, approx. 14 ports per column at approx. 500 mm c/c staggered, and along structural cracks at approx. 300 mm c/c as marked.)
23DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.35.2 - Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) - Stirrer mixed SBR Polymer (of approved make) modified Cement slurry made with Shrinkage Compensating Cement in concrete/RCC work. 24DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 26.35.3 - Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) - Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make. 27DSR 2023 ITEM NO. 5.9.19 - Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for - Weather shed, Chajjas, corbels etc., including edges. (For the new chhajja / fin slab.)
