| 1 | Suppy, installing, connecting, commissioning and testing of energy effficient transformer (level 3 of IS 1180 as per latest amendments of 2014) of capacity 400 KVA outddoor type, mounted on four pole structure, step down 11/0.433 KV, core type oil immersed, copper wound, natural oil cooled with external cooling tubes/radiators, having 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, DYn-11 design, off load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage ±7.5% in steps of 2.5% as per IS 1180 (Pt-I to III) with all standerd accessories including bushing on HT side, cable box on LT side, including first filling of new transformer oil (of di-electric strength not less than 60 KV) upto required level in conservator tank , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. with and including the following :-(a) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer with resetting device vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade.(b) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(c) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing.(d) Oil level gauge with max & min level marking.(e) Oil filter valve.(f) Oil drain valve. |

[2] Four pole structure and related items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.[3] Pre dispatch inspection of transformer shall be carried out by the Rep of Accepting officer. All factory inspeection arrangments will be co-ordinated by the contractor.[4] Transformer shall be tested and commissioned by SEI after installing at site.All the T&P,testing equipments required for the same shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate quoted will be deemed to included the cost of the same. |
