10Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
11Demolition of reinforced cement contrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
12Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

29M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and preparing surfaces as directed by applying thin layer of exterior wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
30M&L for rendering 10.mm thick plaster in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing top even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
31M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and preparing surfaces as directed by applying thin layer of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and finally applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
32S&F Pressed steel frames (125 x 60mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

45S&F 4mm thick high pressure, oceanic pre-primed, self embossed, non asbestos fibre cement decorative board, water, termite and fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 2 to 3 mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins with butterfly clips, hold down clips, with provision of ligh fixtures, air conditioning, diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detector etc. complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

51M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite finish polishing complete over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
