5Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
6Fine dressing and turfing including transportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing the turfs in position and ramming with thappies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc complete asper direction of Engineer-in charge.
7Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase (Stone screening) Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc
8Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on old prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desire density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridges work as per the direction of the E.I.C.
9Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 8.5 kg / 10 sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in charge
10Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 2.75 kg / 10 sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in charge
11Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
12Construction of Unreinforced cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert , admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days with curing compound and water, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 of MORD and asper direction of Engineer-in charge.
13Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all kinds of soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 of MORD specification for Rural roads includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
14Excavation for Road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slope, inaccordance with requirements of line carriage by mecanical means in foundation in all soil with all leads & lift etc. complete.
15Filling in foundation trenches with approved quality of sand as per drawing and technical specification clause 1108, 305.3.9 & 1200 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer in charge
16Providing and laying hard stone boulder in Appron for bed protection with stone boulder of minimum size and weight, no fragment weighing less than 25 kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical Specification clause 1301 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
17Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe (NP3) for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head wall and parapets as per MORD technical Specification Clause 1100 etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.i) 1000 mm dia
