All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 10 of SCC. |

| 7 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 8 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates/ percentages shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates/ percentages in BOQ1. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/tender submission. |

PM Motor shall be integrated with VSD (Variable Speed Drive) for speed modulation of fans The following sensors shall be used for modulation of fan. 1. CHW temperature Sensor. 2. Pressure Sensor/ DP sensor. 3. DP switch across all filters. 4. CO2 sensor for damper modulation Coil section with AHRI-410 certified cooling coil of minimum 8 Row Deep and fin spacing shall be max 10 FPI. Coil made out of seamless copper tubes, not less than 0.5 mm thick and mimimum 12.5 mm O.D., 0.15mm thick continuous aluminium dual sine wave, hyrophillic type with additional coat of anti-corrosion coating and stainless steel end plate. Drain pan made out of 1.2mm thick Stainless steel sheet (SS-316) duly PUF insulated and covered with GI sheet. The air velocity across the cooing coil shall not exceed 2.5 m/sec. The fins shall be spaced by collars forming integral part of the fins. The tubes shall be staggered in the direction of airflow. The fins shall be uniformly bonded to the tubes by mechanical/Hydraullic expansion of the tubes. The coils shall be designed to operate at 17.5 kg/cm2 working pressure and tested against leaks at a pressure not less than 23 kg/cm2 by pneumatic / compressed air under water / hydraulic pressurization of coils. This pressure shall be maintained for a period of 2 hours. No drop should be observed indicating any leaks. Filter section with MERV-08 (90% down to 10 Micron) pre filters in Bag / Pocket type in 600mm depth with Stainless steel mounting frame. The air velocity across the filter shall not exceed 2.5 m/sec. AHU's shall be equipped with UL-2043 certified UVGI system, it should be designed to deliver effective UV radiation of 500uW/cm^2 across cooling coil. UV lamp shall be encloused inside quartz sleeve equivalent to GE-214 for better transmission of UV light and environmental protection. Entire UVGI model including ballast shall be UL listed.
