| 1 | 1. Supply of Micron Filter Cartridges – 24 Nos. (2 Nos. per month). 2. Supply of Micron Filter Housing – 2 Nos. (to be replaced if damaged during the AMC period). 3. Supply of Anti-Scalant Chemical – 180 Litres (15 Litres per month). 4. Supply of Pressure Gauges – 2 Nos. (to be replaced if damaged during the AMC period). 5. Supply of Multi-Port Valves – 2 Nos. (to be replaced if damaged during the AMC period). 6. Supply of Filter Media consisting of 25 kg Silica Sand, 25 kg Small Pebbles, and 25 kg Big Pebbles – 1 Set (once during the AMC period). 7. Supply of Activated Carbon Media – 50 kg (once during the AMC period). 8. Replacement of Sand, Pebble, and Activated Carbon Media – 1 Job (once during the AMC period). 9. Supply of Flow Meters – 2 Nos. (once during the AMC period or if found defective). 10. Rectification/Replacement of Chemical Dosing Tank Interconnecting Pipes, Fittings, and Accessories – as required during the AMC period. 11. Supply of Membrane Housing End Caps – 6 Nos. (to be replaced if damaged during the AMC period). 12. Membrane Acid Cleaning (Acid Wash) – 6 Services (once every two months).13. Breakdown Maintenance (Ad-hoc Service Visits) – 12 Visits during the AMC period, including labour and replacement of the above-mentioned consumables/spares, wherever applicable. |
