89Earthing of S/s outdoor equipments: Laying of earth mat in the switchyard by laying of M.S. round of 32 mm dia in 1000 mm deep trenches with M.S. round 32mm dia, 3 Mtr. long earth electrodes as per RESPO/approved SOP drawing. The work includes welding of the M.S. round, connecting all steel structures in the switchyard with the earth mat by means of G.I. strips of size 50x6 mm as per item below (All required materials will be provided by contractor)(A) Excavation of earth/trenches 1000 mm deep from FGL level for laying MS earth mat (32 mm dia MS round rod). (B) Laying of 32 mm dia MS round earth rod horizontally in 1000 mm deep trenches at every 3 mtr lengthwise and every 3 mtr widgthwise throughout the switchyard. (C) At the level of 1000 mm deep trenches, at each cross joint of horizontally laid MS earth mat, bury 3 mtr long 32 mm dia MS round earth rod vertically in the ground and properly shape and weld each joint. The works includes cutting, shaping and binding, preparation of joints, proper making and welding of main earth mat bar joints and applying bitumen, bitumen impregnated on joints U clamp i.e. end joints, cross joints, lap joints etc) & (D) To weld riser GI strip of 50x6 mm from main horizontal earth mat as per leg of each switchyard structures and to weld riser strip from two different locations (top & bottom) on the leg of the structures of each equipments like Transformer, Terminal gantry, Bus-bar gantry, Post insulator, 33 kV CT, 33 kV PT, Line & Bus isolator etc.
90Earthing of S/s for indoor equipments: Laying of earth mat in the switchgear room by laying of M.S. round of 32 mm dia, 3 Mtr. long earth electrodes as per RESPO/approved SOP drawing. The work includes welding of the M.S. round, connecting all 11 kV switchgear panel, control panel etc in the switchgear room with the earth mat by means of G.I. strips of size 50x6 mm as per item below (All required materials will be provided by contractor). (A) Laying of 32 mm dia MS round earth rod in the switchgear room at both ends of the cable trench up to 3 mtr away from the control building (At a depth of 1000 mm from FGL level outside the control building).(B) Welding 04 no. 32 mm dia MS earth rods of 3-3 mtrs horizontally in square shape from the edge of the main earth rod laid on both the ends outside the control building and burying 04 no. 32 mm dia MS rods of 3-3 mtrs vertically at the four corners of the earth rod laid in square shape to a depth of 4000 mm from the FGL level and welding them with the main horizontal earth rod.(C) Welding of 50x6 mm riser GI strip to the main MS rod of 32 mm dia laid in the switchgear room trench and jointing the other end of the GI strip to the earthing point of 11 kV panels and 33 kV control panels. & (D) Delta Chemical earthing for CR Panel -Earthing of indoor equipments by means of G.I. Strip 50x6mm connecting to Pipe type earthing as per norms. Joints will be welded with high quality arc welding. (All required materials will be provided by contractor.
91Plinth & foundation for T/FConstruction of plinth of size 3.46x4.46 Mtr for 5 MVA T/F having 0.6 Mtr above FG level. The work including excavation of foundation base concreting by (cement, fine sand & brick ballast) first class brick work in cement morter foundation CC in 1:3:6 ratio (cement, fine sand & brick blast) and RCC 150mm (1:2:4) working (cement, coarse sand and stone grit using MS Bars of 12mm dia (TOR) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending & binding in required shape.The work also includes laying of 2 nos 3.46 mts long each rail places complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per norms and shall be plastered/finished on top and sides of the plinth (All required materials like sands, bricks, cement, MS bars, stone grits etc. will be provided by contractor)
92Plinth & foundation for 33 kV VCB(Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr*1.5 mtr*0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33 kV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment, 0.3 mtr. above FG level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC (cement, fine sand & brick ballast ), 1st class brick work in cement mortor CC in ratio 1:3:6 and RCC (1:2:4) work (cement coarse sand and stone grit as per norms
93Digging & Making of Pakka cable trench 450 mm wide and 750 mm deep by providing cement, sand, bricks & C.C. trench cover for laying of various size of control cable (All required materials like cements, sands, bricks & C.C. trench cover etc will be provided by contractor)
94FABRICATION OF TRANSFORMER SEPARATE EARTHING T/F NEUTRAL EARTHING (A) Seprate earthing of power T/F by way of boring and lowering \\"B\\" class GI pipe 2'' dia, - 5no*30 mtr deep (02 no for T/F body earthing and 03 no for T/F neutral in delta connection earthing and making earthing pit for each) by providing all materials like \\"B\\" class GI pipe 2'' dia, 50*6mm GI strip, socket, sand, charcoal, bricks, cement etc.(All required materials will be provided by contractor) (B) Fabrication and grouting of M.S Channel 100*50*6mm in L- shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips 50*6mm size for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of two nos. Flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing.
95Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 Mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos.M.S Flat 50x6mm places of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size300x300x700mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of alluminum paint. This includes provinding of four nos M.S clamp made of M.S flat holding the cable including nuts and bolts and fixing of XLPE cable. (All required materials will be provided by contractor)
96INSTALLATION OF 11kV SWITCHGEARS & CONTROL PANEL IN CONTROLROOM: (A) Shifting carefully & safely 11kV 01 No I/C, 01 No O/G , 01 No Bus Coupler switchgear from outside of the switchgear room as per direction of Engineer in charge, placing and fixing of switchgear on foundation providing G.I. Nuts & Bolts of proper size in proper position and alignment and checking, complete work with Mounting of P.T on incoming S/G. (All required materials will be provided by contractor) (B) Fixing and making bus bar connections in between all switchgears after cleaning and tapping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly, and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work including cost of all material (All required materials will be provided by contractor) & (C) Shifting carefully & installation of 33 kV single circuit transformer control panel in control room
97FABRICATION, ERECTION & GROUTING OF S/s STRUCTURE (A) Fabrication of bus isolator & line isolator structures . Digging of two nos. pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil materials complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting, raising and erecting the legs in proper allignment, and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges. & (B) Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor/CT structure/Post structure/PT structure Digging of two Nos pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil material complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting , raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with chambering of edges etc.
98Digging & making of kaccha cable trench 650mm wide and 1250 mm deep by providing sand, bricks & saparate stone slab for each 11 kV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable (All required materials like sands, bricks & stone slab etc will be provided by contractor)
99Laying & dressing of 11 kV, 3*300 sqmm underground cable from 5MVA T/F to 11 kV incoming switchgear in the trench 650 mm wide, 1000 mm deep providing 75mm fine sand, cushion beneath and 75mm fine sand cushion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & saparate stone slab. The work includes supplying of fine sand, bricks and stone slab are refilling and ramming of the left out soil, closing the trench and leveling. Spare cable shall be left and burried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends cable laying work includes unrolling cutting mage ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All required materials likes sand, bricks & stone slab etc. will be provided by contractor)
100Digging & making of kaccha cable trench 650mm wide and 1250 mm deep by providing sand, bricks & saparate stone slab for each 11 kV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable (All required materials like sands, bricks & stone slab warning tape etc. etc will be provided by contractor)
101Laying & dressing of 11 kV, 3*185 sqmm underground cable in the kaccha cable trench 650 mm wide, 1000 mm deep providing 75mm fine sand, cushion beneath and 75mm fine sand cushion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Ist class bricks, sand separate stone slab and warning tape. The work includes supplying of fine sand & bricks & stone slab and refilling and ramming of the left out soil and leveling. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends (All required materials likes sand, bricks & stone slab etc. will be provided by contractor)
102Fixing & jointing of 11 kV,3x300 sqmm XLPE cable Outdoor jointing kit after carefully removing the insulation of the cable duly plumbing and taping of cable providing, fixing and crimpling of proper size good quality lugs and complete work including cost of material such as insulating tapes, cotton tape, plumbing material and lugs etc.

248Providing, fixing and concreting of Stay set including Stay rod, Stay plate, fastening and stay wire, including excavation of pit, concreting 1:2:4 and proper compaction as per RESPO norms, complete in all respects.
249Earthing of S/s outdoor equipments:Laying of earth mat in the switchyard by laying of M.S. round of 32 mm dia in 1000 mm deep trenches with M.S. round 32mm dia, 3 Mtr. long earth electrodes as per RESPO/approved SOP drawing. The work includes welding of the M.S. round, connecting all steel structures in the switchyard with the earth mat by means of G.I. strips of size 50x6 mm as per item below (All required materials will be provided by contractor). (A) Excavation of earth/trenches 1000 mm deep from FGL level for laying MS earth mat (32 mm dia MS round rod).(B) Laying of 32 mm dia MS round earth rod horizontally in 1000 mm deep trenches at every 3 mtr lengthwise and every 3 mtr widgthwise throughout the switchyard.(C) At the level of 1000 mm deep trenches, at each cross joint of horizontally laid MS earth mat, bury 3 mtr long 32 mm dia MS round earth rod vertically in the ground and properly shape and weld each joint. The works includes cutting, shaping and binding, preparation of joints, proper making and welding of main earth mat bar joints and applying bitumen, bitumen impregnated on joints U clamp i.e. end joints, cross joints, lap joints etc) & (D) To weld riser GI strip of 50x6 mm from main horizontal earth mat as per leg of each switchyard structures and to weld riser strip from two different locations (top & bottom) on the leg of the structures of each equipments like Transformer, Terminal gantry, Bus-bar gantry, Post insulator, 33 kV CT, 33 kV PT, Line & Bus isolator etc.

(B) Welding 04 no. 32 mm dia MS earth rods of 3-3 mtrs horizontally in square shape from the edge of the main earth rod laid on both the ends outside the control building and burying 04 no. 32 mm dia MS rods of 3-3 mtrs vertically at the four corners of the earth rod laid in square shape to a depth of 4000 mm from the FGL level and welding them with the main horizontal earth rod. (C) Welding of 50x6 mm riser GI strip to the main MS rod of 32 mm dia laid in the switchgear room trench and jointing the other end of the GI strip to the earthing point of 11 kV panels and 33 kV control panels. & (D) Delta Chemical earthing for CR Panel - Earthing of indoor equipments by means of G.I. Strip 50x6mm connecting to Pipe type earthing as per norms. Joints will be welded with high quality arc welding. (All required materials will be provided by contractor.
251Plinth & foundation for T/FConstruction of plinth of size 3.46x4.46 Mtr for 5 MVA T/F having 0.6 Mtr above FG level. The work including excavation of foundation base concreting by (cement, fine sand & brick ballast) first class brick work in cement morter foundation CC in 1:3:6 ratio (cement, fine sand & brick blast) and RCC 150mm (1:2:4) working (cement, coarse sand and stone grit using MS Bars of 12mm dia (TOR) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending & binding in required shape.The work also includes laying of 2 nos 3.46 mts long each rail places complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per norms and shall be plastered/finished on top and sides of the plinth (All required materials like sands, bricks, cement, MS bars, stone grits etc. will be provided by contractor)
252Plinth & foundation for 33 kV VCB(Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr*1.5 mtr*0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33 kV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment, 0.3 mtr. above FG level. 254FABRICATION OF TRANSFORMER SEPARATE EARTHING T/F NEUTRAL EARTHING: (A) Seprate earthing of power T/F by way of boring and lowering \\"B\\" class GI pipe 2'' dia, - 5no*30 mtr deep (02 no for T/F body earthing and 03 no for T/F neutral in delta connection earthing and making earthing pit for each) by providing all materials like \\"B\\" class GI pipe 2'' dia, 50*6mm GI strip, socket, sand, charcoal, bricks, cement etc.(All required materials will be provided by contractor) & (B) Fabrication and grouting of M.S Channel 100*50*6mm in L- shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips 50*6mm size for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of two nos. Flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing.
255Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 Mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos.M.S Flat 50x6mm places of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size300x300x700mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of alluminum paint. This includes provinding of four nos M.S clamp made of M.S flat holding the cable including nuts and bolts and fixing of XLPE cable. (All required materials will be provided by contractor)

Nuts & Bolts of proper size in proper position and alignment and checking, complete work with Mounting of P.T on incoming S/G. (All required materials will be provided by contractor).& (B) Fixing and making bus bar connections in between all switchgears after cleaning and tapping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly, and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work including cost of all material (All required materials will be provided by contractor) (C) Shifting carefully & installation of 33 kV single circuit transformer control panel in control room
257FABRICATION, ERECTION & GROUTING OF S/s STRUCTURE: (A) Fabrication of bus isolator & line isolator structures . Digging of two nos. pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil materials complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting, raising and erecting the legs in proper allignment, and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.& (B) Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor/CT structure/Post structure/PT structure Digging of two Nos pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil material complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting , raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with chambering of edges etc.
258Digging & making of kaccha cable trench 650mm wide and 1250 mm deep by providing sand, bricks & saparate stone slab for each 11 kV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable (All required materials like sands, bricks & stone slab etc will be provided by contractor)
