| 1 | Capex Rate Contract (Category- II - Rs. 0 to 50.00 Lacs) for carrying out Capital / Revenue works up to Rs. 50 Lakhs at Retail Outlets (including KSKs and B Site ROs), Consumer Outlets, Depots / Terminals / Lube, LPG and Bitumen Plants / AFSs / Lube CFAs, BG Cryogenics, Buildings (Building works in X class city shall however be excluded) and CSR/CER works under Cochin, Trivandrum and Kozhikode Divisional Offices of Kerala State Office |
| 2 | Cochin DO : For all items of work given under schedule of works (SOR PR No.9801583) attached along with technical bid, the percentage rate quoted shall be uniformly applicable to all items of work and for all Zones. Note: i) GST, as applicable, will be paid extra.ii) Tenderers are advised to submit the rates limited to a maximum of 2 decimal places. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. iii) The tenderer to consider the above and quote accordingly.Note: This being rate contract, total amount of Rs. 100/- in this BOQ is only indicative for evaluation purpose. |
