Make of board : Green / JKD or Equivalent. The unit includes hardwares like soft close auto hinge=5 Nos in one panel (minium), L Tower Bolt, 200mm / 300 mm handle & lock of make : Hettich/ Hafele / Godrej or equivalent as per requirement . Only surface of the cabinet shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in this item. Rates of all materials, fittings and fixtures are included in this item.(i) After fixing a WPC inbuilt cupboard, the contractor shall fill the gaps between the walls on both side including top and bottom of shutter with white cement putty matching with the colour of the wall. (ii) During taking down and fixing of inbuilt cupboard, if any skirting damage or broken, the contractor shall fix the same colour matching skirting tiles at broken places. |
