Double ply wooden platform or platform on jack of 4”-9” height made with 19mm thick hard board and bed supported with providing 2”x2” wooden batons in properly leveled having no undulation, create no sound on using and covered with brand (*) new printed laminated carpet (two colour, one for stall (grey colour) and other printed carpet for passage/open areas).In addition to the above, Hangar structure should have the following items:(i) 6 Glass doors in each hangar (for entry & exit gates)(ii) 500 ceiling fans in all hangars (iii) Ceiling and walls of each hangar from inside should be covered withmulti-colour cloth/printed fabric. Colour pattern to be approved by NBT (Image Attached at Annexure-XVIII).(iv) Entire Hangar structures & food court area should be surrounded by Tin Wall with saffron color/White cloth (neat and clean) wall (3 sides for hangars except front side and for food court to be covered from all sides except Food Court Gate) (v) 150 Mojo Iron Barricades (Height 4 ft. x Length 6ft.) with wheels shouldbe provided one day before start of the Book Festival.(vi) 15-20 Multi power sockets in food court.In addition, Fire retardant Certificate with validity to be attached with tender document. The flex/branding of the book Festival may be affixed/provided on the Hangar structures (Stall Hangar structure and Auditorium Hangar structure should be as per the designs mentioned at Page No._____) as per the details given below:1. Branding on both sides (i.e. front & back side of hangars) in triangular shapes) and the side walls (i.e. left & right panel of the entry & exit gates) of all Hangars (as per the images at Branding-1 & Branding- 3 of Hangar Image).2. Branding on the Roof of each Hangar Structures (50mtr. x 50 mtr= 2500 sq. mtr.), as per the image at Branding-2 of Hangar.3. Branding on Pillar at the main entry.4. Decoration of Entry Point of the structures with flowers/artificial flowers in consultation with Festival/Officer In-charge (If required). No extra payment for hiring these generators shall be made to the bidder.(b) Total job of cabling from electric meter and generator set sources and providing a line for connection inside the stalls of participants, illumination of Main Gate, toilet and entire area of the Exhibition ground and also to any other area inside and outside of the Exhibition venue (if required) with proper and sufficient supply.Note : 1. Providing power connection of various connected rating from switch board in various stands and with suitable size of cooper/aluminum 3½ /4 core armored cable and earth wire controlled with suitable capacity switchgear such as ICTPN, ICSPN/MCB i/c end termination laying of cable in floor, trench, carpets and tapping with power supply from permanent DB of the Ground i/c connections interconnection and maintenance during the Festival period.
