5Supply, lay and testing of cable HT XLPE 120 Sqmm 3 Core insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 Volts grade, of following sizes including making necessary electrical connections by using Al thimbles of applropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-ChargeNote:-Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.
6Supply and fixing DWC pipe of size ID 76mm OD/ 90mm dia for protection of cable including all necessary excavation as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
7Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge
8Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge
9Supply and errecting in repair Prestressed cement concrete poles 11 metres long of cross section (152mm x 152mm) at top and (152mm x 260mm) at bottom Class- 9 complying with requirement of IS-1678 - 1978 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer black and white strips 30CM wide each (05 Nos) up to 1.5 Mtrs height from coping & numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.
10M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation foundation of poles etc including weathering slightly roundded or chamfered angle and throating necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted.
11M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted.
12M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for electric poles or for stay assy etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13Supply and Fixing in replacement Lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 Volts including connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI wire, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32 X 6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers/check nuts of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, Connected to equipment all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protection by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI Med grade including funnel and wire mesh. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom, RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinfircement with8mm dia @ 100 c/c/ bothbays & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-In-ChargeNote:- Rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included for following provisions.(i) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil including removal of surplus soil upto 100 Mtrs(ii) PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in pipe and 40 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with 8 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways(iii) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to equipment upto 7.5 Mtr(iv) Funnel with watering pipe GI Med Grade 20 MM Dia (ISI Marked) and lugs, charcoal and salt as required(v) GI Protection Pipe of size 40 mm dia light grade 7.5 Mtrs
15Supply & fixing switch air break gang operated, triple pole,horizontal type , mechanically operated, mounted on polymer insulator and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe, for current rating upto 200 Amp, outdoor type (conforming to IS specifications) HT 11 KV, triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, 9 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
16Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630A, 21 KA for 3 Sec SF6 insulated, one side extensible, outdoor duty 4 way Ring main unit, manually operated, in combination of 01 No. VCB modules (As a incomer) & 3 No VCB modules (As a outgoing) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with manometer. Fixed on the tank. The VCB Breaker shall have motorized and manual spring charging mechanism, spring charged indication local operation fecility ,mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring chagrining, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, IEC-62272-200-2003. The gas tank should be internal arc tested for 21 KA for 3 second with IAC-AFL classification for gas tank. The complete RMU and cable chamber should be covered by a single door to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and vacuum interrupter of VCB should be RMU manufacture’s.(a) 01 RMU should have followings microprocessor with self powered numerical relay with over current/ earth fault and short circuit protection with each VCB.(b) Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 100 /1A class of accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB-05Nos. (c) CT ration is indicative and may vary during detailed engineering, (d) Manometer for each tank -01 No(e) Voltage presence indicator for each feeder -01 No(f) Fault passage indicator for -01 No(g) Right angle cable boots / connectors for all the feeder modules.(h) Basic insulation level for complete system shall be 28 KV (RMS)/75 KV (Peak)
17Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge
18Supply and fixing Cable route indicators (HT) made out of RCC with fishihed surface all around of size 900x200x150mm with round top, duly marked with \\"HT\\" by engraving on stone and printed with Red synthetic colour including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) , of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm, for embedding stone in ground with iron ring of 20 mm dia stainless steel rod for passing the HT Cable through it and necessary earh work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Material and Labour for Boring under road upto 100 mm dia for inserting the pipe for passing the Cable manually or trench less technology complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge
20Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable foe electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
21Supply and lay graded stone aggregate of size 40mm graded layed on ground of two pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge
