And Hoisting If Required Reconnecting And Re-Fixing In Position Including All Necessary Fitting And Fixtures Like Tank Nipple,Etc Complete All As Specified And Directed. 2 M&L For Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (Using 12.5Mm Graded Stone Aggregate) On Roof Padding Surface Finished Even And Smooth Without Using Extra Cement Complete All As Spd & Directed. 3 M&L Providing And Applying The Plaster With Single Component Ready To Use Repair Mortar (Smart Care Repair Mortar Or Equivalent) Capable Of Applying 15Mm Average Thickness In Single Layer And Finishing With Trowel With A Bond Coat: Sbr Polymer (@ 10% Of Cement Weight) Modified Cementious Bond Coat @ 2.2 Kg Cement/Sqm Of Surface Area Mixed With Specified Portion Of Ap Smartcare Or Equivalent Repair Polymer Including Taking Down Existing Roof Treatment Of Any Type And Also Taking Down Cement Plaster On Brick/Concrete Surfaces, Including Raking Out Joints, Hacking For Key, Scrubbing Down With Water Etc., To Receive Further Treatment, Complete All As Specified Land As Directed. Note: The Application Shall Be Executed On Any Type Of Surface And On Horizontal/Vertical Areas. 4 M&L Providing And Applying Smartcare Dampproof, A Fibre Reinforced Elastomeric Liquid Water Proofing Membrane Formulated With Reinforcing Acrylic Fibers Having Sun Reflectivity Index (Sri) Of 105 On Horizontal/Vertical Surfaces Of Roof/Wall/Chajas In Multiple Coats @2.0 Litre/Sqm.
