The outdoor and indoor units shall be integrated through the manufacturer's communication wiring system with central monitoring and control. The unit shall be factory wired, tested and charged with R410A refrigerant before dispatch. The outdoor unit shall be compatible with Building Management System (BMS) through MODBUS protocol, capable of delivering 100% cooling capacity at an ambient temperature of 43°C and shall have a minimum COP of 3.6 under design conditions, complete all as specified and directed. |
